Terms of Service

BloomFolio is a technology platform for portfolio tracking, dividend tracking, investing education and community discussion. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

All content — including lessons, research pages, dividend forecasts, trending cards, polls and posts by other users — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

User posts reflect the personal opinions of their authors. BloomFolio does not verify, endorse or take responsibility for them. Do not act on any post without independent research; consult a SEBI-registered adviser for personalised advice.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at privacy@bloomfolio.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

One account per person. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your holdings.

Prices, holdings, dividends and investor profiles shown in the current version are illustrative demo data unless clearly labelled otherwise. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Never rely on them for trading decisions.

Badges such as "Verified holdings" indicate only that a user chose to make a portfolio summary public within the app; they are not a statement of skill, returns or regulatory status.

You may not post: personalised buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets or "tips"; content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, pump-and-dump, spam or infringes others' rights; or anything that violates SEBI regulations on unregistered investment advice.

You grant BloomFolio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your posts within the Service. You can delete your posts at any time.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules, without notice.

Pro plans are billed in INR (Razorpay/UPI) or via Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Prices include applicable GST where stated. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The BloomFolio name, logo, design and content are owned by BloomFolio Technologies Pvt Ltd. Company names and tickers belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, security testing without permission, or use of the Service to break any law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomFolio Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors and employees are not liable for any investment loss, loss of profit, data loss or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content, whether ours or another user's.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
